Pesto sauce with Stonefire Naan pizza

Chicken pesto with stone-fire naan pizza recipe
Make 8 Naan or 10 medium tortillas
10 tsp pesto sauce (see pesto recipe)
8 oz spinach leave
2 portabella mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 large onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 stone fire naans
Some extra virgin olive oil
After cutting pizza ingredients, place them in separate bowls so that people can add amounts according to their taste and creating a pizza making station, spinach leaves, mushrooms, cheese, chicken pieces and onions
Put extra virgin olive oil on both top and bottom of naan using brush to get crunchy naan.  You could also use 10 medium flour tortillas instead if you are not able to find naan.
Spread pesto sauce on naan and add pizza ingredients according to taste.  Add cheese and put in the oven at 350 and cook for four minutes.
